Jeszcze raz serdecznie zapraszamy do zgłoszeń referatów.

To Whom It May Concern,

We heartily invite you to participate in the Second edition of the International Conference "Critical Infrastructure of Cities", which is planned on October 6-8, 2021 in Rytro.

The planned 2nd Scientific and Technical Conference "Critical Infrastructure of Cities" covers very important aspects of the residents’ safety, in particular in terms of access to water, sewage collection, energy supply and other utilities, as well as health and environmental safety. The organizer's intention is that the 2nd edition of the conference should constitute, following the example of the 1st edition, a forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience, enable the presentation of research results and the latest scientific achievements as well as innovative technical and technological solutions in the field of broadly understood issues related to the management, exploitation and safety of critical municipal infrastructure including systems: waterworks, sewerage, energetics, gas, teleinformatics and automation. The conference topics allow for the integration of professional and scientific communities as well as industry practitioners, entities and institutions responsible for security.

We are convinced that the planned project will interest you and will be an inspiration for the appearance of interesting papers containing research results and proposed solutions for the discussed matters, as well as inspiration for numerous participation in the conference.

We would like to mention that during the first edition we had the opportunity to meet with the most outstanding Representatives of the World of Science from Poland and abroad, Representatives of national and local government institutions of Crisis Departments responsible for security, the State Fire Service, Police and the Industry Environment. The response of the scientific and industry community to the subject of the conference confirms its great importance in shaping mutual cooperation between entities responsible for critical infrastructure and the search for new innovative solutions.

Once again, we invite you to submit your papers.

Because of the unknown situation related to the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus pandemic and the related possibility of introducing various restrictions and requirements related to participation in conferences, at the time of publishing this announcement the organizer reserves the right to change the form of the conference to an on-line mode, as well as the right to introduce organizational changes of the conference, related to the need to adapt to any administrative requirements and ensure the safety of participants. The organizer points out that due to the inability to predict the development of the situation related to the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus pandemic, the changes referred above, may be introduced several times, including immediately before the conference.

The final form of organizing the event depends on restrictions and limits applicable at that time, resulting from the epidemic situation.
